All Color & Texture services are customized to each and every client, please be advised that results very depending on chemical history, integrity of the hair and the hair goals wanting to achieve. In some cases, multiple sessions might be advised.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
At Queens Hair Studio, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To provide every client with the attention, care, and quality service they deserve, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying the next client. In some cases, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and your deposit may become non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
If you choose to cancel your appointment completely, any eligible refund will be subject to a $5 processing fee. This fee covers the transaction and processing costs associated with booking and refunding appointments.
No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.
Appointment Changes:
Appointments may only be cancelled or modified by phone.
Deposits:
A deposit is required to officially secure your appointment. The standard deposit is $50 for most services and will be applied toward your final balance. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service and will be displayed at the time of booking.

Redo Policy
At Queens Hair Studio, your satisfaction and the integrity of your hair are our highest priorities. Every service begins with a detailed consultation where we review your hair history, discuss your goals, set realistic expectations, and explain the process needed to achieve your desired result safely.
Because salon services are personalized and require dedicated time, skill, and professional products, we do not offer financial refunds under any circumstances.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If the final result does not reasonably match what was agreed upon during your consultation, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment.
To request an adjustment, please contact the studio within 5 days of your original appointment.
Redo services must be scheduled with the original stylist unless otherwise approved by management. The adjustment must stay within the goals discussed during the initial consultation. A change of mind or a request for a completely different look will be considered a new service and billed accordingly.
