Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that your time is valuable and sometimes adjustments to your appointment are necessary. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request that you give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
* A $25 deposit is required at least 24 hours prior to the service date.
* A $25 deposit is required to schedule an appointment, this deposit will be applied to any service provided to you.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that service will be provided as this may affect your next scheduled appointment. If we are unable to accommodate you due to your late arrival, you will be charged the same cancellation fee. However, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment or find another time that works for you.
* The hairstyle is included in the price of all color or treatments.
* We recommend a consultation before your first appointment for most services.
* No returns will be accepted on any of the products or items unless it is damaged or does not work, said claim must be made within 5 days of purchase.
* If clients are not satisfied with the services provided, they must be notified at that time or in the case of treatments must be within the first 3 days from the date of the original service. And they have only 7 days to come to the salon to repeat the service (this would mean that the work will only be redone if it was softened before the service, it was not achieved by mistake of the stylist or in case of treatments that after the service on the stipulated days It has lost the completed effect even after using the products recommended by the stylist).
